Sweet Studio on Charming Court

Please read the complete description of my property and amenities before requesting a booking. ・No parties or events of any kind are allowed here ・Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am ・No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) ・No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling). If we find that the apartment smells like any type of smoke, you will automatically be charged $500 for a cleaning fee. ・The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation. ・No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies) ・Conserve water, California is currently in a drought ・Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit ・Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use ・Do not plug kitchen appliances in other plugs that they are not already plugged into, this will cause a breaker shortage. ・Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! ・No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. ・Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, we have small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...should be flushed down the toilet) ・Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. ・A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. ・Please note: This property is not suitable for children. The space contains exposed electrical outlets, sharp-edged furniture, fragile décor, and unsecured items that may pose safety risks. There are also no childproof features such as safety gates or cabinet locks. For the well-being of all guests, we kindly ask that no children be brought onto the premises. Additionally, pets are not allowed. ・On check-out, please close and ensure the door is locked ・Most of all, have fun and enjoy beautiful San Francisco!

For your convenience, we recommend parking in one of the nearby public garages, as street parking can be challenging and typically short-term. You’ll find a list of garages in the house manual, or feel free to contact the host before your arrival for options. Although our apartment is located on a secluded pedestrian lane in Nob Hill, you’re in the heart of San Francisco! Several bus lines and the cable car are just steps away, providing easy access to the entire city. With a walk score of 96, you’ll enjoy fantastic walkability—just be prepared for a few hills along the way! You’ll have a private entrance with a lockbox for easy check-in.
