Four bedrooms, a bamboo-lined backyard, and a private hot tub waiting just outside the door - this Dutch Colonial home in Redwood City brings together character, comfort, and space for up to eight guests. Living space Step inside and the home's original woodwork sets the tone immediately. A cozy sitting nook draws you in, while the mid-century dining area gives the main floor a warmth that feels intentional rather than decorated. The living room is TV-free by design - a deliberate choice that keeps conversation easy and the atmosphere unhurried. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly to the backyard, making the flow between cooking and outdoor entertaining natural and easy. Sleeping arrangements Upstairs, a queen suite comes with its own en suite bathroom, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. A second bedroom features a full-size bed, a private balcony, and garden views - a genuinely pleasant place to wake up. A third bedroom is set up with a twin trundle, well suited to families or groups traveling with kids. A hallway bathroom serves the upper-level rooms. On the main floor, a studio with a sofa bed, TV, and private entrance rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The separate access makes it a flexible option for guests who want a bit more independence or a dedicated space to work. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in - gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and all the basics you need to put together a meal. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and the outdoor dining area gives you a second option when the weather invites it. Bathrooms Three and a half bathrooms across the home means mornings move smoothly for larger groups. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are all provided. Outdoor space The backyard is fully fenced and bamboo-lined, which gives it a real sense of enclosure and calm. The private hot tub is the centerpiece, but there's also a fire pit, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area - enough to make the back of the house feel like a proper extension of the living space. Practical extras In-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace behind a closed door, strong WiFi, iron, drying rack, hangers, and clothing storage are all included. Gated parking is available on the premises, with additional free street parking nearby. Families will find a crib and Pack 'n Play ready on arrival. There's a ping pong table for downtime, and the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras at the front and back for peace of mind. Self check-in is handled via keypad. Location Redwood City puts you close to Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and the broader Silicon Valley corridor. Dining and entertainment are walkable, and whether the trip is for work or a longer stay with family, the home is positioned well for both. Please note: This property does not allow pets.
